Most of you reading this have followed my P90X3 journey on Facebook. I'm now going to post about my workouts on here, but with a little more detail. Today I knocked out day 63…Total Synergistics, which I love! I was pretty sore today from yesterdays workout. This workout challenges your balance and really gets you to focus on stability. What is P90X3?
